Our Story

In 2009, Frescos started as a small, woman-owned breakfast and lunch restaurant in downtown Lakeland with just three employees. Over the first six years of business, we expanded into multiple storefronts within our building, rebranding with each expansion. We transformed from a breakfast and lunch counter service to a full-service wine and beer bar, and eventually into Lakeland’s first true brunch restaurant. Today, we are proud to serve as Lakeland’s first craft cocktail bar and restaurant, as well as one of the largest catering companies in the area. Our building now spans over 12,000 square feet, housing three thriving businesses. Through our expansion and the addition of two new ventures, we've gained invaluable insights that continue to shape our future.
